Outcomes Project - Online Survey
Background: the objective of the project is to understand the outcomes achieved and desired by our members and users through participation in our programs and services. Traditionally we have been great at collecting output data (member numbers, class attendance, financials, etc.) but we now want to know how our programs and services impact an individual and their associated target group (learn how to be safe around water, improve overall fitness, make new friends, support mental health, etc.). After much research and refinement we are at a stage where we need to trial our online outcome surveys with members and users for their input and feedback.
