Take the hassle out of your children’s birthday party and enjoy a party at our centre! Your children’s birthday party will involve lots of laughs and fun guaranteed for the kids. Plus, no stress for the parents!
Swimming Party
Our swimming party package is suitable for up to 20 children and includes:
- Unlimited time swimming after the party
- 2 hours in the stadium
- 30 minutes set up time
- 30 minutes pack down time
- 1 x large inflatable
- Dining room
- Commercial kitchen
- Carparking
- Choose from the Sports/Activity range for Adventure Legends Sports Party (ages 6 years & over) or Little Legends Sports Party (ages 5 years and under)
- 4 x tables
- 20 x chairs
Non-Swimming Party
Our stadium and sports-based party package is suitable for up to 20 children and includes:
- 2 hours in the stadium
- 30 minutes set up time
- 30 minutes pack down time
- 1 x large inflatable
- Dining room
- Commercial kitchen
- Carparking
- Choose from:
Adventure Legends Sports Party (6 years and over) Choose any 3 Sports: Soccer, Basketball/Netball, Pickleball/Tennis, Cricket
Little Legends Sports Party (5 years and under) Activities included: Hoops, Balls and Games, Scooter boards - 4 x tables
- 20 x chairs
- Additional Activity Options:
Gutter Ball, Corn Hole, Swingball
Party Information
Time frame
- We have two options in terms of allocated stadium times:
- 9am – 12pm
- 1pm – 4pm
- This includes 30 minutes either side for set up and pack down. You are able to add an additional hour to your boking at the start of the morning slot or at the end of the afternoon slot for an additional $45. There is no time limit when you are swimming.
Extra Guests
- Our birthday party packages include up to 20 people. For any extra guests it is $6 per adult (16+), $4.50 per child (5-15) and any children under 5 are free with a paid or paying adult.
Fees and Deposit
- Our non-swimming party package is $275
- Our swimming party package is $325
- We require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
- The remaining 50% is required to be paid in full one week before your event.
- Failure to make payment by this deadline will result in cancellation of your booking.
- All payments must be made in person at our reception via cash or Eftpos.
- Additional guests for parties may be paid for at reception on the day of your booking.
Cancellation / Postponement
- We need at least 48 hours notice of cancellation to issue a refund.
- We also need 48 hours notice of postponement – we do not give a refund for this.
Catering
- As part of your birthday party package, you’ll have access to our commercial kitchen. Feel free to bring your own food and store it in our kitchen or dining room area. Please note that while the kitchen includes basic appliances, it does not come equipped with pots, pans, or cutlery.
- If you’d like to enjoy your food poolside, we kindly ask that it be consumed either on the blue bleachers or in the outdoor area.
- Birthday cake is able to be stored in the fridge in our kitchen.
