Group Exercise classes are a great social way to help build your confidence and accountability while making you smile! Providing numerous benefits, including social interaction, routine and motivation. If you love being a part of a community our classes foster a great community environment that makes you feel welcome, excited and keeps you coming back for more.
Catering to a range of ages and abilities, we have classes ranging from strength-based through to wellness aimed at training your mind as well as the body.

45 minutes | High level
High-energy class that involves stationary cycling on specially designed bikes in a group setting. These classes offer cardiovascular benefits, lower-impact exercise, leg strength and endurance, and a full-body workout. They provide a motivating and supportive environment, often accompanied by music, for participants of all levels.

A stationary indoor cycling class that simulates outdoor cycling, focusing on endurance, strength, and interval training. Participants adjust the bike’s resistance to control intensity levels.

Aqua is low-impact, high-energy workouts conducted in water. Participants perform a variety of aerobic, strength, and flexibility exercises. The water provides resistance and reduces stress on the joints, making it suitable for all levels. Benefits include improved cardiovascular health, muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Certified instructors lead the classes, which are accompanied by music for a fun and motivating experience.

This class is held in our 5 lane program pool. Let our instructor’s guide you through a series of moves in the water! Using body resistance, pool noodles, boards and paddles. You will work your entire body without realizing it! This class is registered with Age Concern and is an approved Community Group Strength + Balance programme, dedicated solely to the Seniors of New Zealand.

Held in the deep end of the 7 lane pool. With the assistance of water belts and the water, this class will get you fitter, stronger and more toned!

A strength-training workout that uses barbells and adjustable weights to target all major muscle groups, emphasising high repetitions and low weights for muscle endurance and toning.

A cardio-based martial arts-inspired workout that combines moves from various disciplines, such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, and Muay Thai, to improve cardiovascular health and coordination.

This is a low impact class which offers a range of aerobic exercises, mixed with resistance using Barbells, Dumbbells, Bodyweight or Toning Bands. Focus is similar to New Body but with timed Work/rest Intervals.

Experience a dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance movements and aerobic exercises. Zumba classes are known for their high-energy and infectious atmosphere. The workouts feature a variety of dance styles, including salsa, cumbia and more. Participants follow the instructor’s lead and engage in choreographed dance routines.

B-Zone will improve your strength and fitness through a combination of individual and team- based movements. Our highly skilled trainers can modify exercises to suit all fitness levels and abilities, even work around injuries and limitations.

Yoga combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness to promote overall well-being. Physical postures are performed in a flowing and mindful manner, synchronising movement with breath. The practice emphasises balance, flexibility, strength, and body awareness. A range of styles of yoga exist, ranging from gentle and restorative to more dynamic and vigorous practices.

Experience the benefits of line dancing. Increase your fitness, strength, balance and agility. Line dancing is a great way to make new friends and boost your self-confidence.

This class is a low impact class using hand-weights, which offers a range of aerobic exercises, focusing on strength, balance and mobility to improve breathing and energy levels!

This barbell workout is perfect if you are wanting to tone up, get lean and fit fast! Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions, Body Pump gives you a full body workout in only 45 minutes!

Step-n-Pump is a new and innovative 45-minute low to moderate intensity workout that combines simple resistance movements with step combinations! This class is a great fat burning class that energizes your body, and you leave feeling the ultimate satisfaction!
